I am the fearless leader behind Le Chéile. From tactful financial and operational consulting with the nations largest health systems to founding and scaling my own agency, my knowledge and experience is expansive. I thrive working with creative entrepreneurs to grow their business mindfully and profitably by building lasting client relationships and identifying mission-aligned clients and profitable offer niches.

But I cannot do it all alone.

Le Chéile’s fully female team is thoughtfully designed to holistically support you as a creative entrepreneur. We instill confidence with data-backed tools and share insights and strategy through mindful consulting. We offer sliding-scale resources and strategic support to service-based solopreneurs and seasoned creative founders.

But this is how we got to where we are today…

Similar to many, I fell into entrepreneurship by surprise. In 2019, I left my job to search for something that resonated and aligned with my values. Though I loved my career, I had yet to feel profoundly connected to my clients and work. While searching, I started freelancing.

During my freelance work with startups, I discovered a significant gap in the market—a lack of bespoke strategic and financial consultative support for talented creative entrepreneurs. In response, I quickly pivoted to helping creatives by offering specialized tools and services tailored to their needs. 

I have developed a unique understanding of my clients' aspirations, struggles, and business models by specifically focusing on boutique creative agency founders.

Le Chéile’s mission: to support those who need it most. Accordingly, we primarily work with founders in underserved communities, particularly with LGBTQ+ and female entrepreneurs. Beyond Le Chéile, I engage in speaking engagements, presentations, podcasts, mentorship, and more. 

Outside of work, I love to play and travel. I am a sucker for anything vintage, incredibly soft, and avant-garde. I have a Global Studies and Spanish degree from Gettysburg College and recently relocated back to my East Coast roots after nearly a decade in San Francisco, CA.
